What we collect and why

• Order data (name, address, email, phone if given, order contents) to deliver your order. Legal basis: contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Payment data, handled directly by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see your full card details.
• Accounting records, kept as required by Finnish law. Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
• Customer service emails, to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Your shopping cart, saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return.

Who we share data with

• Shopify (online shop and checkout)
• Amazon (warehousing and delivery from Germany)
• Delivery companies used by Amazon to bring the parcel to you

Some providers may process data outside the EU under the EU's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting data is kept for the period required by accounting law (up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Cookies

This site only uses storage that is strictly necessary to run the shop, such as your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Shopify checkout may set its own necessary cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict its processing. Email info@fundurocreative.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or your local authority.
