2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers at fundurocreative.com. We sell to customers in all EU countries except Cyprus.

3. Contract

Product pages are not binding offers. By completing checkout you make an order. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. The contract language is English.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay (see Shipping). Payment is processed securely by Shopify using the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Germany. Delivery times are listed on our Shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. We voluntarily extend it to 30 days for unused items. Details: Returns & withdrawal.

7. Warranty

You have the statutory rights for defective goods under the consumer law of your country (at least 2 years in the EU). Contact us by email if something is wrong with your order.

8. Disputes

Finnish law applies, without removing the protection given by mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. See our Legal notice for dispute resolution options.
