Free 30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is free. Email us and we will send you instructions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (Retime Oy, Erottajankatu 2, 00120 Helsinki, Finland, info@fundurocreative.com) by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them. We pay the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
